issues with there sky box, as from sat night my box had no channels working on it just the free ones, so an hour on the phone with sky they manage to get the card paird again allowing the full channels to work along with hd, but now anytime doesnt work and any programs recorded before sat the box just says "recording interrupted please wait", ?? but new recording ive done today play back fine ??

 

yep can be sorted by removing sky anytime as this is the problem at the mo.

go in to services/customise/sky anytime -turn off

power down sky box then turn off at socket.

power back up.

back in to services/customise/sky anytime-turn back on

power down sky box then turn off at socket.

power all back up and all should be ok but you will have lost sky anytime till it re-installs it self,a couple of days I think.

 

What and this will fix the problem of me not being able to watch my old recordings from my planner ?

 

actually reading what you have put might be best just waiting till sky sort things there end,as you might not be any better off after following the instructions I gave.

Only probs am haveing at the mo is its seems to have gone really slow going through menus
