Default Cosworth head gasket

What head gasket is recomended on 450bhp yb?

wrc? Where from?
I've noticed there are so many options, 3 layer old style and 4 layer new. Dont really want to just buy an ebay jobbie.

This subject is bound to have been covered a million times but cant find any previous threads. If i'm missing the point can someone please direct me to an appropriate thread.

cheers
