Bloke at work has been waiting for a replacement Microsoft keyboard, he chased it with UPS and they said it had been delivered, only when they checked the address it had been delivered to an address in Harrow, we are in Chelmsford!

And was it in one piece before it was posted ?

I had to laugh at a wanker on a local forum slabbering about couriers when he received a bonnet that had been damaged.

It was wrapped in a bin liner. Now really, even the dumbest fuck in the world would expect it to get damaged.

It is absolutely the senders responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged during transit that they remain undamaged.

im not saying that there isn't a possibility that the sender had broke it but it seem's highly unlikely the item was well packed loads of bubble wrap and then in a box and i have spotted a shoe mark over the delivery label exactly where the break is
