Basically my account wont work as i have had a new bank card sent out to me and it is issue 2, ie the second card i have had.

I have gone into my Paypal setting to amend this but it only lets you change the expiery date and start date

How can i amend the issue Number as i am sure many people get new cards sent out if there's gets stolen or snap or such like

It says that "This card is already registered on this account"

Well it will be but i have the 3rd issue of it

God knows then mate. Im sure i just changed mine.....as i had the same thing, new card came thru etc.
