Keeps blowing or splitting injector spill off pipes of intermittently even after cable tieing ?

Fuel return side seems to be clear after initial inspection .

Has had new high pressure / low pressure in tank and fuel filter housing prior to us seeing the vehicle any ideas ?......................................

i would say its got to be the fuel return blocked. or if its not the main return to tank, it could be a blockage in the top of one of the injectors where it passes through on the return?

is the new high pressure / low pressure connectted correctly its seems to have hi pressure in the return side to be blowing the pipes off
