Has a girl ever messed you up so bad??
I split with my girlfriend nearly a year ago now and im still not over her!!
We were good together, had a house good jobs and the rest of it!
Then she started a new job and changed. I got suspicious that she was seeing somone else.
2 weeks later I found out that she was shagging some lad from her work and as guessed I went mad!!
We split up and she is now seeing another lad from her work (slag)
Ive had 2 relationships since then and have ended them both as they are just nothing like her. Im worried that I will never be close to anyone ever again as I was to her
What do I do??

Man up and grow a pair. Stop comparing new birds to your ex and stop getting into relationships until you are PROPERLY ready. Evidently you are not ready and if you keep practising failure then that is all you will end up with. Failed relationships. Go out with your mates, enjoy life and get over this ex of yours. If she cheated on you, she will cheat on the next partner(s).

i got screwed over like that except i still pay a 21k conpensation to the bloke she was seeing ive now moved on and relise what a foul i was just go out enjoy live and dont do anything stupid like me and another lady will come along 10 times better

Seriously though mate, yes Ive been fucked up by splitting up with a girl....my main ex really fucked me up especially (mainly because she was fit as fuck and dirty with it), ten years on and I still occasionally wander what she's up to etc even though Im now happily married. But you've just gotta tell your self fuck it, plenty more out there....the whole thing about finding the 'one' is utter bollocks anyhows, plenty more out there that will be better than the one you've split from, you've just gotta get back into the fun part of finding another one worth staying with......remember lifes too short to be sat around dwindling over something thats now gone

If she wasnt absoloute filth then it wouldnt of been so bad, just knowing i will never have sex like that again guts me, unless i pay 4 it, even then it wnt be as good!!

Listen to the man!!! He's spot on. I ended up seeing a Shrink because i kept using my ex as a excuse to stay away from a relationship. And when i did eventually end up in one, i'd ruin it because i'd be very spiteful towards her.
Nothing wrong with getting pro help. Its nothing to be ashamed off if its helping you to be a better person.

Everyones been in this situation mate, chances are thing weren't really that great but you only look back and see the good times.
She has proven herself to be a cheating wench who didn't have theballs to end it so cheated instead, and now she is getting her gunny hole done by another bloke no doubt after cheating on the bloke she cheated on you with.
As has been said, you aint ready for another relationship, so go out and have a laugh with your mates, dog a few munters and slappers as and when they come along and eventually you will meet the right bird. Dont go clinging to every bird then getting all para on them.
Funny thing is in a few years you will see it as the luckiest escape you ever had and be glad she did what she did. Your just hurting now as it was you that got fucked over.
Some dirty slags out there that will blow you balls of so have a bit of that before your commit to another long term jobby, and remember, when you do settle down, let her go and have fun with her mates, trap her down and the first bit of freedom she tastes she will be off. And if she fooks of when you do let her have her fun with the girls, then she was no good anyway.
Plenty of birds out there if you get out of the same old routine and meet more people.
