Default Best archivable DVDs

Going to transfer some old VHS to DVD, but want them to last in storage etc and not degrade....

Anyone done this before? If so, can you recommend good quality archivable DVDs to purchase.

Probably need 50-100....

I mean are there specific ones to buy.

Is it worth paying up for this sort of product, and where would be best place to get em? Amazon ebay etc?

Yes look at the Verbatim Gold Archival : http://www.verbatim-europe.co.uk/en_...chival_27.html

Personally I would never trust any backup to DVD, but it is cheap and convenient admittedly.
If I were you I would buy a cheap HDD, and use that to keep a backup then burn to cheap DVD's.
