Help.....iPhone abroad....

Im looking to take my phone abroad and send a few texts and calls ans stuff but i will not be going online...!!

How can i stop the phone from connecting itself...??

Go to network settings and turn cellular data off.

clear the data counter as well and take a screen shot of it before you go
if you have any trouble then you have the image as back up
