need help setting up avatar picture

as title, got pic in my album now, but cant find the link to set 1 as avatar,
i done it ages ago on another account but cant for the life of my remember how or figure it out

Go to user cp on the top left. Click on that and you should be able to load a pic up from there, depending on size i think.
