Anyone done a cambelt on these, any pointers and whats normally changed along with it, thanks

Is that the 1.6 16v engine. Ive done one. It wasnt that bad to do. Just make sure the cam lock that goes in the slots at the back of the cams the right way.

He said its the 1.6 engine so i would assume on a 2000 plate it will be 16v, i havnt got any renault engined lock plates, i usually use what i can fit in out of my other sets, just make sure the cams are not half a turn out your saying ?, if pegs and plates dont fit i normally dot to dot evrything and mark it all with a tipex like pen, Paul.
