I have a 3g and 3gs the 3g i gave to the missus on 02 pay as u go setup everything working, but my 3gs is on contract but went tits up so put the 3gs sim in the 3g phone and all good....now 3gs working so put the pay as u go sim back in 3g phone for missus and it all works except internet it just keeps saying not subscribed to a celluar network...it was fine before i swapped cards???? The 02 shop cant sort it i have reset it everything but nothing....i noted the internet setting ip password everything is the same as mine?????

 

go to Settings>general>network>cellular data network

in the celullar data, MMS bits change the APN to payandgo.02.co.uk
username to vertigo
and password to PASSWORD

That should do it. The settings for a payand go sim shouldnt be the same as yours

 

 

basically it means there is no 3g signal for the internet to work, doing what the chap said above should sort it

Are you also saying 02 dont know what is on their own website too quite worrying

God forbid if anyone rings them and asks a question that only 02 can answer

 

I found that info on the website lol. It was a year ago though so it may not be there now.

But most of the shops are full of muppets
