Lancashire trade centre....
Anybody bought a car from them? Went to look @ a S40 T4 today, lovely car but they were unwilling to MOT it, TAX it or lower the screen price 
Bunch of unhelpful timewasters.
Is it normal behaviour to not want to negotiate?
