Yb Radiator fans, suck or blow?

Is the yb fan set neant to blow hot air out the front of the car or suck it backwards, as I swear mine blows hot air out the front? If the polarity us incorrect would this cause it or is that just not possible?

As said supposed to suck, like a real woman, if in front of rad they blow.
If the + and - are the wrong way they will run backwards, so needs sorting.

fans behind the rad should suck
fans in front should blow(not just cossy's, cars in general)
if its going the wrong way just swap over the 2 wires going into it
and it'll turn the opposite way
