Default FAO - anyone who has bought items off of Bigboost451

Guys,

James (bigboost451) has asked me to provide him with email addresses of anyone who has bought items from him and not received them - he says he will give a full refund.

Could only those who have bought from him post on this thread or PM me your email address to send on to him stating what it is you havent received.

Thankyou.

Why is this James bloke going through a mod to ask users to provide concact details? Surely he knows who's money he has taken and who hasnt received their goods. What a conman this guy is and now a coward hiding behind a mod

I sent him a email at 4ish pm and refund in Paypal account at 6pm, but he forgot to add the 4% and didnt do it as a gift, so it cost me £3.94 for the pleasure.

Steve,

then email him back and ask for him to send you £3.94 as a gift. Why should you pay for it!

In the grand scheme of things I'd just be happy to have anything back. I wouldn't care about £4. I agree with the principle though.

Its because he is banned mate and only mods can see his messages in the banned room.

As i said on the other thread I am so glad we managed to sort this one out with an amicable outcome

I have put it to the mods that we should consider now unbanning him as in all fairness he has sorted it all out.

At least if we let him back on under one of his previous user names you guys will be well aware of who he is and can decide whether you choose to deal with him or not... rather than him possibly just signing up under another user name.

Thats my opinion anyway and i have put it to the other Mods/Admin.

I must have seen at least four or five of these threads in the last few months and whilst I simply can't fault mark for sorting it,I feel sometimes the rules are a bit stupid in the classifieds.

For example,I'm stuck in the middle ground where I have loads of cossie/rs/ford general car parts I've aquired over the years which i'd love to sell on here although because I'm classed as being in the motor trade,I'd have to pay trade rates, which at £50 per month is a bit pricey for say £300-£500's worth of parts, however because I'm in the trade, you'll have a business address, you could check my company out on companies house so you know it's cocha before you pay, rather than trusting someone who could have set the account up in a false name etc and taken your money.

A silly rule IMHO is that you can't advertise parts for sale from a car you bought to break, why?there's loads of people on here who buy cars just for little bits and bobs as it works out cheaper.tbh if I got offered a cossie look a like now I'd be interested aS it's getting harder to find the little parts,£50 for a jacking point cover being a point in question,I've got four of them spare but I'm not allowed to sell on here so someone misses out.

I reckon there should be a middle ground, say a classified ad for people associated with the motor trade or those who bought a car purely for spares and want to share a few bits on here to like minded people.

I'd personally be happy to give any address/bank details to a mod first so there can be no ne of the shit that's been going on here and other forums in the last few months, just an idea!!
