There were some tests done on coolers not so long ago in one of the Ford magazines, Pro alloy came out best by a long shot over the competition.
The quality of the product is superb and core design makes for much more effective cooling than other products that are available

Here's some info from the site......
Escort RS TURBO series 2 Front mount Intercooler
There are many different types of front mount kits on the market for the RS series 2, but no other product is quite like ours!.
Our intercooler has been designed to give ;

massive internal air flow
This is achieved by having a vertical core which allows us to have more cooling tubes stacked up side by side.
The flow rate of these coolers is over double compared to a double pass intercooler and the hoses still remain in the original position.

High ambient air flow
We’ve kept the cooler design slender- this allows good air flow to the water radiator and eliminates the need for manual fan switches and jacked up bonnets!

Complete kit

The kit is supplied complete with cooling fans and deflector plate.

Easy fitting

Fitting is simple with the bumper off and there are only 2 holes to drill and no cutting required.

The original hoses will still fit.

The deflector plate can be un-bolted and replaced with either of the following optional extras;

Cold air feed for the air filter

Escort RS Turbo S2 -Turbo cooler
