Hi i have a escort 1.8 gti 115ps 98 R reg 140,000 miles the problem is it runs lumpy and lacks power under load if i rev it hard it feel's like it hits a rev limiter about 3/ 3500 rev then clear's a bit and is driver able but still runs lumpy like a miss fire as it warms up it ideals at 1.5 / 2000 and drives fine 80% of the time as i pull up after 30sec's the rev ease back to 900 and runs lumpy again it fills like a fule blockage it's had a full service all filters and plugs + leads and ive tryed a different mass sensor.. there is a very slight blow in the mid section of the exhaust that i did gum up made no difference and has started blowing again .. has any 1 got any idea's ???? thanks dan
