Depends how much more power you want
if its les than 15-20 then cams, 4 branch manifold...
if you want a substantial increase then you'd need to spend a fair amount of money but you'd never really get a worthwhile gain for the amount you'd have to spend....

Na thee st170 has a different inlet and vvt cam set up, the st feista, mondeo and cougar have the same engine I think
