Very very nice but i can think of other things to spend £8.6k on...but then again if it is what spadge wants then he will pay what he thinks it is worth, and even if he does pay 10k, i bet most of us will be slightly evious

Martin, if you wanted to make your RS500s road legal they would go on a Q plate!! It's the same deal with this, not necessarily stolen just obviously not a normal mk4 Escort...
What were the numbers I heard for Lewis? £2500 for the fabrication work alone. Shonky old Saff for £3-4K Escort rolling shell for £700 ish. Put it all together yourself and your looking at 7ish. Just on materials. Add another grand for stuff you never thought of?
And for that money you can buy a lot of other cars. I appreciate what this car is, but PERSONALLY I wouldnt pay £10K for it.

Dont get me wrong, I find your car very cool. And I would be interested in owning something similar.
I know exactly what you mean about modern cars though. Everythings to damn light and easy. As if WOMEN should be able to drive them
