Default Camber out one side, and tracking out HELP!!

Basically, i lowered my focus 1.6 52 plate and the right rear camber is out, i can tell this by inside tyre wear and the heat is on the inside half and the other half is cold unlike the otherside the whole tyre is warm
So how do i go about getting this sorted?
Also i changed my standard 15" wheels to 17" oz supperleggeras and my tracking has gone slightly out, but with standards its fine
Why is this?

Ride height will affect cambers and toes.

Rear can be sorted using camber shims as there is no adjustment as far as I'm aware?

You will need tracking doing for which ever set of wheels you run.

Find a local garage that has the hunter alignment system (or similar) and get it sorted there... should cost anything from 50-70quid depending!!
