Nice, last job i had meant doing a delivery to Lakenheath Airbase which is USAF and normally when i was trying to take a new order from my customer the F15s would suddenly take off so i couldnt hear him lol

i've been watching the euro fighter typhoon all last week and today (when there was a gap in the weather) doing lots of what looks like practice spins and loops etc - now that is a job I would like!!
Someone said last week thta he'll be practacing for the farnbrough (sp?) airshow??
Either way it's been great to watch and those euro fighters are noisy fuckers to say the least!!

was working on a house in the country couples yrs ago an thee two harries used to fly over us that low felt like u could touch em. but would love to see an f18 of the euro fighter that would be cool

A little off topic, wheres a good airshow to go to, to see some proper planes? I used to love the one at Mildenhall when I was a kid, saw the SR71 Blackbird there and it did a low altitude, high speed pass. There was lots of other decent stuff there. Not really into the gay-arse shit.

the noise of jet plane thingys actually helped me today..had a job at lossiemouth raf base and a bloke was watching over me while i was working talking shite..then the planes started taking off and flying about to drown his voice out thankfully
might be a bit far for you but there is a air show up here in sunderland every year..hundreds of thousands, probably millions, of people come from all over the world to watch.so im assuming it must be a good show for people into that..its always around august time.dates etc are probably on the net somewhere..possibly sunderland councils website
