Default mondeo st tdci

ive not had the car long (and enjoying it) i have two small questions if anyone can help!
1) does it have a two stage turbo, by what i mean is that the turbo kicks in <2k revs and at 3k revs it takes off again?
2) my rear wash doesnt work, i can hear water trickling but where do i need to start looking
many thanks

I've got one aswel mate...also love the thing

It's not a 2 stage turbo but it does have an overboost feature for overtaking

The standard torque figure is someware around 260/270 lbft, then when you plant your foot down it rises to 294lbft for a few secs, for safer overtaking

My rear wash wipe doesnt work either and its pissing me off!

Find the washer jet on the boot lid and take the trim off the inside of the bootlid behind it. You'll then have to trace the hose back to were it's come off. You may want to get a longer bit of tube or at least make sure there is enough slack in it or it will get pulled off again after you've opened and shut the bootlid a few times.

Once fixed make sure you dry out the spare wheel well and anything else that has got wet as it will be a pain once the winter arrives..
