Thats a Parse Error

It means that the lower binary code of the server is reaching it peak limit of traffic for the statues its lower codes are reaching. This will cause a high load effect on the even code records within the datatbase and will make the server "Glitch" from time to time. The back-up Matrix will even out the load once the codes have reset themselves on the lower hi-def codes
