After my crash i found GENTLE stretching helped to reduce the pain a bit.
I was lucky all my damage was on the pasenger side - as i did not have a passenger this was good!
Hurt my back though!
Shows that a roll cage is good idea!

so what happened? thats one hell of a smash mate.
that floor dont look right, and the seals split, i would still stick with cut and shut, or new floorpan or something but that dont look good either way.
very lucky to be alive there mate, someone had a eye on you that day!

na wasnt racing rs baz, there woz no1 else on the road and it woz about 5 in the morning,
cant remeber much about the crash at the minute, all i can remeber is coming round a bend not to far from my house, everything went light and nxt fing i know im headin towards a bunch of houses, a lampost and a bus stop. as soon as i hit the curb i cant remeber anything, all happened so fast.
the reason i woz out that late in my motor is because i woz up the hospital all nite with my mate,stayed down there till he came out. and had just dropped him off, thank god i woz the only person in the motor, the scariest thing woz, the police kept asking if there woz anyone else with you, and i couldnt remeber, all i could remeber is that they woz in the car and one point, but then i realise that i woz nearly home and know one else lives near me.
