Default are they studs ib the cam carrier?

one of my cam cover nuts seems to not going tight and the thread is pulling up more. are these studs in the head as i dont ever see any for sale. i have a helicoil set but didint know if there were threaded in there.

there thraded in roosie but ive seen alot of cases of them not tightening ,


when petes cam snapped we ended up helicoliling amost half of the studs on the exhaust cam side ,

just helicoil them in my opinion bud ,

Helicoils shite, use the TIME SERT kit, got all these sizes you need, about 10 x the price of helicoils but there's a reason, but even helicoil will be perfectly ok with the stresses on the threads in the head, want me to see if I can scrounge the time sert kit again, he gets free refills so won't cost him anything.
Dropping strap off monday.

Helicoils will be fine, done loads where they have pulled out of the head.
