Next weekend, Saturday the 19th of June I am riding 100km off road round the Isle of Wight to help raise funds for the British Heart Foundation.
Please can you sponsor me to help this excellent charity.

Over the last month I have done lots of training and am realily looking forward to the ride. I know its only a week away but I have only just setup the fundraising page.

I will have to upload some photos from the event.
As I am doing the ride with three friends we are all going in one car, My focus is going to have two bikes on the top and two on he back. That will be a good start photo
