well this is the second time in 1 year

they donated my money to a church least they were nice about it i gess!!

Also try to get your account number changed, sounds like somebody has a similar account number to you and they keep getting your money by mistake.

It happened to me twice in one year about 12 months ago, my bank were excellent I have to say. Very few questions asked and refunded my account in about 14 days both times, hasn't happened since touch wood. Their fraud department were very helpful and informative.

I had Ł5k taken once..got it back within 2 days as i wasnt even in the country at the time lol.....that was with Natwest too.

Make sure you dont use your card in Rowe Sports down the mount though Clarke as they stole Ł15k!!!!! from my mums credit card and bought loads of sports stuff from america!!!!!

I got mine done ages ago. Natwest were very good, as said few questions and money back within week or so I think.
