st3v3: only just got it insured today about an hour ago, been a project but now done just need windscreen for mot but think it might be cheeky claiming so soon?

And with no MOT - definitely right.

 

a brand new screen from Ford is around £200 as i was going to just buy one myself for my RS2000 last year..so was cheaper for me to pay £60 excess.. also you'd have to pay for getting it fitted abouts £50.. but if you try autoglass you will get the screen a lot cheaper just as the screens are tinted and heated...

so cant be anymore than £150-£200 max

 

auto glass have no care for the cash market and it will be the most expencive quote u get lol try a small one man band company or leave it a mounth then do it on insurance and it will only cost your xs cheapest way
