Hi, am going to italy for a bit next week, have wi-fi in our accomodation and want to use i-phone to catch up on the odd tv programme, i currently watch tv on it using tv catchup

Anybody got any solutions for uk tv abroad via i-phone

the beeb iplayer only works inside the uk, not sure about ITV and the like but immagin they would be the same this is because we pay tv licencing towards the cost of programmes, dont let the telly runin your holiday forget about it and catch up when you get back, lazy day or two of rest sould do it

Lol, thanks for the advice but i'll be working. I've taken two weeks off from my day job and am working as a chef in a hotel just outside Sorrento for two weeks. Wanted to listen to the uk/bbc world cup commentry if i could catch some on breaks etc

i used tv catchup in my phone via wifi in holland back in march, to watch the F1 qualifying on BBC 1 without issues

I couldnt connect to tvcatchup in Uzbekistan either.
