Bleeding brakes

Hi all, Im going to bleed my Hi-Spec brakes later, each brake has more than one bleed nipple on, are you ment to loosen them all off at once and bleed that way or do one bleed nipple at a time?

One at a time, inside first then outside.

As said one at a time, do the nipple nearest the supply pipe first.
