Has anyone tried the any of the iPhone camera upgrade apps if so do they really make the camera 7.0 megapixel?

Not tried it but to be honest i dont know what its about, i mean the megapixel is just the size that the picture can be blown up to without loosing quality, so unless you want HUGE pictures it would be pointless anyway.

Their not going to make apps that make the camera lens quality improve surely

 

ive got one of the 7mp apps and it's shite, then again i think the iphone's shite so im bias , worst phone ive ever bought

I've had my I-phone a while now, and I too am getting fed up with it. Facebook is good on it, and as a mini computer, it's great. As a phone, it's shit.

Had mine a month now, it's pretty average to be fair. The entertainment value just about makes up for the shit camera but I'd be mighty pissed off if I'd have paid for it!

 

Rich, if someone wants to buy a phone and want to use it as just a phone, they wouldn't go for a iPhone.

I've known so many people who have had a iPhone and don't know what its capable of and then slate it. But when they see a jailbroke version, they think its amazing again and end up getting another.

 

Boosting from 2.0 to 7.0 megapixel is on the hardware side... the software just makes it "bigger", however the bigger it is, the more blurry/pixels you will see. You will never get a "real" 7.0 megapixel, just an imaginative 7.0 megapixel!

So it's pointless!

 

I got a 7.0MP camera app, does nothing on the phone but does look slightly better on the computer!

It was only 59p, but if I want a super picture, I just use an actual camera...

AL i think the rally slag look is fine mate don't get hung up on coments on here some folk on here just set out to take the piss. and back to the iphone i have a 3gs it's ok, camera is shite compared ot my last phone but othere features make it livable. i keep my old phone for piccs lol it lives in the glove box of the landy as a spare
