Default brakes not bleeding, what would cause this?

Ok bleed the brakes a while ago, but couldnt undo the drivers rear bleed screw on the drum, and didnt want to force it, but the brakes were alot better, anyways got underneath it today and managed to undo the drivers rear and bleed it, but figured i should now bleed properly in correct order, but passenger front just wont bleed, no brake fluid comes out, and now the pedal goes right to the floor and the brakes dont work at all, so i must have a blockage or summit, but is there anything i can do?
