Default Engine Timing Anoyone?

Hello people sorry to drag you away from your exiting lives to read this thread but any help would be welcomed...

Basically i have a escort 1.8 si and i saw a pair of camshafts on ebay and couldnt resist (2.0 camshafts for the 'Supposedly 130BHP) and was wondering how easy is it to time the engine after changing them over any tips or anything please

if you have timing tool its easy. but you should just buy a 2.0l sliver top.
