Aye I spotted the 2 classics but didnt think they looked like much lol. Can quite clearly see the shape of the Metro now too. Just needs a few RS200s to finish it off.

I guess NOT using a YB isn't the same tbh, that'd be having the fastest cossie with not the engine so to speak, that's not a dig @ this Escos either, if i were doing what Rod was doing i'd go YB too..

Just thought i'd put some pics up of an EsCos I had a ride in today.
From the back...doesn't look anything special, just an escos waiting for paint...
But from the front, the bit that makes it special is revealed..... a 1027bhp Twin GT30'd Chevy V8!!!
Mark, the guy who owns it, was only running it on a low boost map with an estimated 800bhp at the time but was still shit-the-bed quick!!!! Sideways in 3rd without even trying is so much fun even in the passenger seat!
Just thought i'd share this with people as I doubt there's many cars as special as this one
Cheers
Rob

i did think that, so the inlet is at the bottom either side? and the outlets are at the top in the middle behind the slam panel?
purely a question here, how does this perform with the core fins running the wrong way to the flow and what seems like the original cooler tanks as by pass tanks? so the air can affectivelty by pass the core and head up either side of the existing cooler? doesnt this have massive turbulance affect with opposites ends feeding air against each other.
i may have miss interpurated the picture or there is some clever internal air director plates, but the core is effectively running horizontally rather than vertically (the generally direction of the flow of air)
would if have been better with 2 seperate coolers side side? or possible alter the routing of the of the turbo's supplying the cooler to match the other?
again i may be waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay off the mark here.
either way looks a very nice and tidy install.
