Default steeringrack differences cosworth

Hi,

changed my steeringrack today (saffcos 4x4) cos my old one was leaking and makes some strange noises. The one I bought should be for an saffcos 4x4 too, but it causes a problem.

The angle the wheels turn left and right is quite a bit too far. so far the cvs making some weird noises.

I think I bought the wrong one, but from the look of it it is the same as that I have in the car.
So whats wrong with it?!?!?!?

Thanks

you have bought an xr4x4 one, it will have no lock stops fitted and will have 2.75 ish turns as opposed to the 2.25 of the cossie one, you need to change it..
