Exclamation Help needed, not holding oil pressure

Hi lads, I've just put a engine into my frst, doesnt seem to hold oil pressure, oil light came on wen I started da car, it said it's about 11psi on da gauge at max and wen I rev it it goes up to 25psi maybe more and the oil light goes off, took the oil feed off the turbo and it just splutered out oil.. I've put a oil cooler kit on too and hav made sure to keep the air locks out.. Does anyone have any tips that will help me find out what the problem is, p.s. It seems to pump oil fine as checked it for that.. Thanks lads..

11psi is not enough buddy, could be a number of things, if its been run on that oil pressure the engine will be knackard

Ye I know that's why I need help quick, no1 knows what's going on.. Yet when I rev it up the light goes away.. Do you think I need to upgrade the oil pump to cope with the oil cooler and it's big pipes.. Like the gauge and the standard switch couldn't be both wrong, worked fine in the old engine just that cyl 4 low compression..
