Default Flywheel prob standed or lightend

Hello all if any one can help be grate I got a sliver top 2.0 turbo going in to my fez mk3 and wanna no if there us a reall big diffrence in standed flywheel or a up rated one plz help be for I comit

Lightened is better, so long as not to weakened in the process, engine/car will accelerate faster, idle might be a bit lumpier that's all.

TTV racing do a lightened one for the silvertop, mine weighs in at 5.25kg
