so am i right thinking a supposedly gods waiting room ? why is hunt still there tho why didnt he go to the pub and where did the lift go ? and what was in the pub
Absolutely fantastic ending, so well written and acted. Was it just me or did they manage to squeeze about two hours worth into the hour. I looked at the clock at one point thinking it must be about 40 mins in and it was only quarter past nine. It seemed to go on fo ever, in a good way though.
They should be shot for showing it on a Friday night. I watched the first and couldn't sacrifice my Friday nights any more to watch it, as much as I like it.
Yeah they did seem to fit a lot in. I was worried they might not be able to do that, but they got almost straight into the nitty gritty, and the case they were working on took second stage until the end when it brought it all together.
Obviously everyone in that little world was dead, but they all thought they were the only ones, well apart from Hunt and Keats. Hunt had built up his own little team and wanted to keep them together, but obviously when Tyler found out the truth, he wanted to get out. The pub was a representation of heaven, and the lift was a representation of hell, and Keats the devil. Fairly simple in the end.
Glenister has said that the wont be appearing in any forth comming series.. and given that its beliverd there wont be a triology then that by all counts was the last 1.. With 1990 being only 20 years ago, and there being so many law changes effectively the series carnt maintain its retroness..
There is rumour afloat of there being a spinoff series which is set to echo cop shows like Dempsy and makepeace etc..
Addimitly the midle of the last series got a bit more cliche than before but what a way to end.. tears in your eyes 1 minute to laughing ya backside of the next!
Yeah, there's been loads of things which have been wrong. I remember posting on here about seeing a Maestro when it was meant to be 1981. I thought when I saw the brochure it was slightly early for that car, but knew it was there or thereabouts
