Bottom of your chin ive always thought?

Any how ive had 2 cars now(including my currant one) with AI606's on them and both have had fantastic range, i can use it from the bedroom window inside my house through the window its that good.

If your batterys are ok maybe worth taking it to a Toad specialist etc once its sorted it will last forever

Oh right, really couldnt tell you myself, but as i said i think failing asking on here you should pop to an alarm place, im sure its an easy fix for someone who knows what their doing

I know how annoying it is, i had a scorpian i think it was on one of my old cars and the thing was absolutely useless, i had to literally touch the car with the fob before it would arm/disarm or stand by the car waving my hand around, totally missing the point of remote locking

My transit Fob has a shit range But if I hold it to my temple and open my mouth in the direction of said vehicle it doubles the range and also makes me look like a complete TWAT

Scrupulously clean the earths at the battery, as toad are exceptionally sensitive to this, even if car working 100% perfect a even slightly dicky earth on a connection can cause issues.
It is possible to extend the range of the toad alarm remotes, but for obvious reasons it's kept decidely short to help combat car jacking(someone climbs into the rear of car from a door on the other side whilst you are 100feet away/kills you rapes/mugs the gf etc), and code hopping.
Pm me if you want to increase the range, dead easy to do and virtually free, but can be hassle.
