Ive just got home, Im behind on a couple of articles im writing so needed to get back to get on with it as my theory of doing it while I was over there just didnt happen.

Clio was fantastic on the way back, Lee was doing sub 9 minute laps early this afternoon then I drove it 10 hours or so back home today (600 ish miles by the time we made a detour to drop jim's hire car off) and it didnt miss a beat through any of it.
On track it and my clio arent too far apart, but as an all round car the newer (and less knackered, lol) one really is head and shoulders better.
Cant believe they arent more popular than they are anyway TBH!

Short update, as yes, having too much fun to be sat on the net. Weather here ace yet again.

Just Sketch, Dave and myself in the 3 Evos to look out for today.

Yesterday I did 6 or so laps, one filming the Porkie in the Ferrari going round... great experience as the car sounds awesome when on song. Will upload the video when I get home and stick the Youtube link up on here.

Was a fast but safe lap, too many cars out there for Lee to go mad, also wrong tyre and too pricey a car to be stupid just for the video. Still great fun being 10 foot off the back bumper of a F430 at 140mph +

Also did a lap where we caught up with and then overtook the Ring Taxi Got that on video too

Too much traffic to do sub 8 min laps, but we did a couple 8.20s and 8.30s.

Sketch and Dave are up there now, I'll be going up in 10 mins for a few hours so keep eyes peeled

back in the UK now... yay.

just got to wait for them to drop m car back whenever they feel like it, also APARENTLY i don't get a hire car when back in the UK... great.

admitedly i dont need one, but what about most people who do need a car, theyd have to wit for WEEKS for their car to return without transport

the experience with the european breakdown service (flux rescue, dubbed out to equity group) was SHOCKING. They literally didnt get a single thing right and i'll be quoting my letter of complaint on here!

chip, keep the eurotunnel receipt out of the glovebox will you, i'm gonna say that its their fault we missed the crossing due to the dealy in liege and i'll be wanting the 200 euros back for the tunnel!

Jim, ive no idea where the receipt went, but if I spot it then I'll give it to you, think Ive already binned it though probably, shame as it would be good to get our money back if we could.
It was 206 euros one way! ouch!

Just got back to the hotel, but sadly now time to pack up and be ready for our departure tomorrow morning.

I have been out once more today, did not go mad, just again at my own pace and enjoyed the lap. Then went out with Dave who is getting faster each lap!

Also went out with JC this morning in his Megane, loved that lap out! He knows how to drive!! And had a brilliant lap out with Sketch smooth but very fast!

Great weekend....got 22 laps in and loved every second, not 100% sure I broke the 8 minute barrier but I was pretty damn close.

standard except remap.

Just watching back some of my in car video from the weekend.

So far just enjoyed a lap behind Lee's F430, a low 8 min lap following my brother, and now about to watch a vid of me catching up, then overtaking the Ring Taxi
