Default Brake fluid leaking

Ive just noticed a small puddle of brake fluid under my offside rear wheel on my escort cosworth that has high spec brakes on it. under further investigation it sprays a small amount of brake fluid everytime i pul the handbrake on. Now what i need to know is... if i dont use the handbrake will it stop leaking or do i need to get it fixed urgently. ive take a photo of where it is leaking if this is any help. you can just see the nut that its leaking from in the picture. thanks
