Default is -10 enough to flow a oil cooler?

just bought a mocal oil cooler i know -12 would be reccomended but will i get away with -10? on cossie

I run -10 on my stuff and have done on plenty of customers cars too without problems!

i run -10 on my zetec turbo, i know its a complete different engine but i was toldany bigger then that and the pump would be under larger stresses and will end up loseing oil pressure!
