Default Brake servo

I went and got new calipers for my xr3i yesterday and put them on. Went to bleed the brakes and it didn't work too well. I managed to get the drivers side done but when it came tithe passengers side only air would come through. I put the engine on and heard the servo unit hissing like it's sucking in air. I put my fngers in where the rubber sleeve bit is and it was all loose and moving arround freely. Also when I put my foot rite down on the brake pedal the revs drop to normal idle (it's been idling a bit high) is the servo total fubar or repairable?

Isn't there a vaccuum pipe at the top that's connected to the engine?if that's ok then I'd suggest your servos probably wanked, might b rotten through or something due to the age of these things.

I'll take it to bits and see what's happning. Had a look on eBay for a new one not that much money. If I can change a head gasket then I can do this.

Had a look today. The leak is happening where the piston enters. The rubbers have come loose
