Even though Malignaggi is world class he's had 7 knock outs in 30+ fights. Great piece of match making by Golden Boy Promotions – world class opponent who can’t crack an egg.

Mitchell got it spot on when he said Khan's doing it for the money picking easy fighters. Prescott KO'd Khan in next to no time and Mitchell has shown plenty about what he could do. That is one fight I would dearly love to see happen. And will be watching Kevin Mitchell tonight also.

Khan should walk this and as stated great matchmaking by goldenboy.theve a fighter with a big ? over his ability to take a clean hard punch so theyve found a guy thats ko-d 5 of his 27 opponents and really no risk of landing a ko punch on khan.
Khans the more skilled and maybe a touch faster so should be a good fight.
Wish it was Maidana he was fighting like he was supposed to but you cant blame him or roach for not taking the chance...................and froch said on thursday thet khan-mayweather would be a good fight PMSL.

Khan really shouldn't have pushed him, he should have remained calm and left the fighting for the ring. As already said, it's not really professional tbh.

While I have some respect for Khan's boxing ability, over hyped and not as good as he thinks he is. Got found out against a banger like Prescott and any other subsequent bangers will do the same. As said above nice choice of fighter but when ŁŁŁŁ is ringing he doesn't care. He has a big following but I didn't like the crowd chants either not one bit.

Did mayweather not get rocked last week early on???? No matter how good you are you can get caught cold... so the prescott thing doesnt prove anything... A young immature fighter caught cold and he lost the plot and got up and tried to toe to toe again straight away instead of running and reassesing his position...
The Prescott thing will haunt Khan no matter how far he gets in his carrear as the haters always use it to slag him off...

I think Khan is an awesome fighter, and I hope he goes all the way. I see a lot of people hating him, and I think I did myself early on in his career. Come on Khan!!

yes pani, you speak sense but so many here aint a fucking clue, Khan would not be where he is if he was not class, ppl just say "yeah he shit, prescott showed everyone that" does my fuckin ed in lol.
Dont forget Boxing is a business and is about making money. Any boxer who starts and after a few wins starts fighting all the best is a very poor business man (or his promoter et least)
To be fair every fight that goes by there are less haters, would LOVE to see a Prescott rematch as imo Khan would muller him.
Makes a change this from you Slagging Berba and me sticking up for him lol

Kahn would beat Prescott and Mitchell if he fought them next. In sport anyone can beat the favourite on the day but 9 times out of 10 they won't.
Exactly, I watched that and at the time thought Mayweather was about to go down. Another fighter who wasn't 37 or whatever would have put him on his arse in that situation. He also looked wobbly early on v Hatton too. His class saw him through in the end. Joe Calzaghe early on v Hokpins and Roy jones etc........
At least Kahn is fighting this guy in his own back yard, own ref, judges and crowd etc. Fair play I say.
Can't believe ITV1 has this fight tonight, awesome. Wish it could be like that all the time like Nazeem and Eubank/Benn early days.
