do people not read thier advert before putting it up! struggled to make sense of it.
Wasnt there a bloke on here who had a yb in a bmw?

Not keen really ! Imo ! If you want a cossie get one or if you want a fast bm get an m3 or fit an s50 to the one you have !

Yeah, Fuzzy (i think) was his username, was a BMW Touring, but he broke it for spares.

His was on pistonheads in march as I contacted the owner for more info/pics, then the ad was pulled by pistonheads and I was e-mailed and told they suspected it was a scam. Was up for 3000 then

I think Renton had an E36 with a Cosworth engine in as well
I remember back in the late 80s in the BTCC one of the E30 M3 driver's being interviewed after a Sierra-dominated race and being asked what could be done to get the E30s up with the Fords and he said something along the lines of " stick the Ford engine in there ( pointing at the front of the BMW ) "

At 2.5k it would be a great buy! Over 4k is just a bit much imo.
