I think you only saw the grey one with the pink cage? That thing was awesome! It only smoked when it was running! And that was only because the engine was fucked!

sorry, don't know a lot about camcorders these days. i haven't bothered having one for 5 years or so as my compact cameras have been pretty good at video, and both of mine now do full HD - the hs10 can also do 1000 fps super slo-mo. i had a sony in the past though, and they always seemed to be the best around, and as you say they can do low light.
