so which "special" 3 dr are they for then mr lepley more importantly !!!!
no doubt something special and or with heritage
think you can get them as pattern parts anyway
and think iirc ford did do one side but the other was/is obselete
if you want a pair of genuine all i can say is good luck !!

Nope, both chassis legs are no longer available, up until very recently you could still get the near side one from ford, I have been searching for an offside one for ages and once went out to spain to pick up what I thought was an offside leg, unfortunately it turned out to be a near side one with the off side part number on it
as for them being out in the states I doubt that very much, but the best way is to get an American member to check it out
I know the location of a couple of near side legs

better off buying the brand new xr4i shell that was on ebay for £750 and unstitching it, you would end up with a lot of other handy nla panels as well.
