ive just been very very lucky to own a road angel thats decided to play up and as i sell alot ive ben allowed to either get it repaired ( ok thats not a deal as thats my right !!!!) or change for another detector

im now the proud owner of a s4neo detector

now i got a detector that matches my car finally and it looks cooler too

what ya all gotand what ya like abotu em as wek this does im gonna get yet another type of one

what a deal though as my subscription was about to runout aswell

I got a new road angel for christmas and it's saved me twice already, can't get the fucker to download the updates though

It has in all fairness saved my skin a few times though. These devices need to be used as well as your own senses.

 

well ive just taken back my road angel 2 for a straight swop for a snooper s4neo thats 80 quid cheeper

you decide, btw i actually sell em and tbh these are better

ya can choose when ya on the motorway to exclude all the non motorway speed cameras to avoid the false alarms

also ya can buy a plug in to allow it to pick up raders too ( very very good tool, can help ya find tescos, bus stops, and some radar gatsos ect thats not on the gps system ( mobile speed traps down southend )

but thats a extra 150 quid and theres gonna be a few Kband false alarms though

but its ment to be proper strong though

Snooper sounds good especially with the upgrade will it pick up the hand held guns as that what I seem to have an attraction to

False alarms I dont mind, better to be safe than sorry

 

ya will pick up guns too BUT they cant garantee ya it aint picked ya up due to the coppers took a speed reading or if ya lucky and its via laser scatter and then ya safe as ya got time to slow down

false alarms are shite though as t 130 and the fooker shouts "laser laser check speed and its a fooking sign post then trust me ya wont say ya dont mind

 

As I said, my road angel 2 has saved me from mobile jobbies twice this year already, can't recommend it enough

 

i got a cheap snooper SD715iS its not great but it does its job

 

and my road angel 2 also loged out alot and after constantly unpluging and plugging back in it done it the whole fookign way to work and then get told its not totally unheard of that happening, sometimes they can do that


there customer service by phil at blackspot is spot on though , he bent over backwards to help me out for me to say " i want a snooper now !



the snopper is better as it can have a add on for a laser detector, the road angel it laser only

 

the S5 radar detector is fooking shit hot too tbh

picked up a gatso from round a bend

they just 200 quid and not GPS based so its a bit hit and miss


oh and it also told me when i was driving passed every buss stop, tescos, b&q and every other auto door opening building, not just a car toy then , good for the non car driver who wants to do a days shopping and get a bus home

no there aint mate , unless ya drive down to london by tommorw/sunday and ya can try my old road angel 2 and my new s4 and then buy the s4 from my shop ( yes im that confident )

 

I got the radar add on for my snooper sn4 works a treat:
ok you get a few false alarms but peace of mind is what i wanted

got the add-on for Ł80 brand new off e-bay

 

Ok youve made my mind up ginge makes sense, youve had both and drive in the same sort of surroundings as me so will take your advice mate

Got a road angel classic in me van and a road angle 2 in me cossie.
I wouldent drive without them,

 

I got an s4 neo with the add on rld.It does false alarm with "k band" but otherwise I am very happy with it.Had an s6 and that was useless.It could never see the satellites and snooper replaced it with the s4. They are very helpful as well at snooper and bloody quick with response times.

Halfords aren't that bad. Admittedly their prices are sky high but they've price matched a few things for me without too much hassle.


Last thing was my new pioneer head unit that they wanted Ł450 for but they matched a price for Ł249

 

halfords ARE bad, i now as i run there bikehut department

i work in a service staiton on an A road up north and we are selling the snooper range our S4 retails at Ł280. from wot ive seen is a good price although i got mine free of charge for being a kiss arse but yeah who gives a fcuk...

I did. I got caught in June last year, 45 in a 30. Following advice from these guys, guess what? I still have no points, I've paid no fine and now its too late for the rozzers to prosecute me. In other words I'm off scot-free! Easy.
