Default VIC Check?

My other work car has just been written off and i've had it back to repair, its going down as CAT C. Will it need a VIC? how much are they?

And it'll have to be re-MoT'd too... And you'll have to fill in a V62 to apply for a new logbook after it's passed the VIC.

it is just a identity check to make sure it is the same car i have brought cat c cars and done nothing to them and they have passed

It dont have an MOT, certificate of compliance instead....
