The laws are all there to deal with it. its the motivation of the police and authorities to act swiftly that doesnt exist (for whatever reasons).

 

I did a job on a pikey site once - one of these bits of land "given" away by the council in the hope the pikey's will move in on it and keep to themselves. Anyway, there were three "chalet" type houses on this bit of land - but yet the pikeys insisted in living in their caravans?!?!

Anyway, fortunately the pikey I was dealing with turned out to be half decent. Yes he fucked me around, kept me waiting for an hour (I think he was hoping I'd do the job while I waited for him then he wouldn't pay me, but I stayed there and did fuck all till he arrived and coughed up cash), but in the end he paid me for the work, and even offered me a cup of tea (yeah, as if I'd take that )

Funnily enough, his mrs was "home" the whole time I was there and was actually very chatty. His daughter was there too, but not so chatty. Both of them had faces like you'd puked acid onto them, but fuck me, the daughter had a PROPERLY SEXY body on her, and the mrs weren't bad either!

But like fuck would you ever touch one - letting yourself in for a WORLD of shit if you did!
