Just hoping to be pointed in the right direction if poss... just got some issue with my mk2 Jetta!! you guys have always been good with my other cars when they have had issues so......

Ok, noticed that my drivers side tail lamp and the lamp in the front bumper were not working... so I checked the fuses and fuse 8 (10A) was blown. off I went to can tire bought some fuses and replaced the one that was blown.. so, I turn on the car tail lamp is now working, however now the left turn signal and front bumper lamp are now constantly on and no turn signals are working.... i'm thinking maybe a earth/ground problem? possibly a bad bulb? but as i'm unfamiliar with these cars, i'm not sure where to start.
